Hardware repair

For hardware failures, our technicians attempt to diagnose which component in your computer or notebook is causing malfunction. We then either repair or replace the broken component to get your computer working again as soon as possible. For replacement, our store stocks a large range of common parts including: motherboards, RAM, hard disk or SSD, monitors, cases, CPUs, power supply, graphics cards, optical CD/DVD/Blu-ray drives, networking cards, keyboards, speakers, and mice.

Software repair

If your computer is running unusually slow, or has a software problem, we can take action to alleviate the problem or optimise and increase performance. These can include tweaking various settings, clearing temporary files, advanced malware removal, and uninstalling or reinstalling software.

Whatever action we take, we strive to protect and preserve our customers’ data and privacy. We backup any of your essential files before attempting the repair and try our best to minimise data loss.
